How long do PanchMantra pickles last?

Every jar stays fresh for 12 months from the packing date when stored in a cool, dry place and handled with a dry spoon. No refrigeration is needed — the cold-pressed mustard oil and salt do the preserving naturally.

Do your pickles contain preservatives or artificial colours?

No. We use only vegetables, fruits, salt, spices and cold-pressed (kachi ghani) mustard oil. Zero synthetic preservatives, zero artificial colours — the traditional method needs neither.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! COD is available across India. You can also pay on delivery via UPI to the delivery partner where supported.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed fresh and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2-4 days within Rajasthan and 4-7 days for the rest of India.

What if my jar arrives damaged?

Take a photo and contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or the contact page — we will send a free replacement or refund you in full. Jars are bubble-wrapped and sealed, so damage is rare.

Can I return a pickle if I do not like it?

Food safety rules do not allow reselling opened food, so we cannot take back opened jars. But if anything is wrong with your order — wrong item, damage, quality concern — tell us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Are your pickles vegetarian?

Yes, 100%. Every PanchMantra product is fully vegetarian, made in a dedicated vegetarian FSSAI-certified kitchen.

How spicy are the pickles?

It varies by product — each product page notes the flavour profile. Mango and mixed pickles are medium; red chilli and garlic pickles bring proper heat; lemon and carrot are the mildest.
